Service Description
Our Speed and Strength Individual Programs are tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each athlete. These programs focus on enhancing speed, agility, and overall strength through personalized training sessions. Key Features: ● Customized Workouts: Each program is designed based on the athlete’s specific requirements and sport demands. ● Progress Tracking: VBT (Velocity Based Training) Daily Tracking, Monthly BEAST Sports Combine Testing and Speed Testing with Universal Speed Rating progress reports to monitor improvements and adjust the program as needed. ● Expert Guidance: Training sessions conducted by BEAST Strength coaches who are USR certified and experienced. These programs are small groups based on no more than 5 athletes and more often than not one on one coaching. ● Duration: Sessions are typically 1 hour to 1 hour and 30 minutes.
