Service Description
Our Group Training Sessions are based on introductory physical education principles and speed development to enhance overall performance. These sessions offer a dynamic, supportive environment where athletes benefit from group motivation and camaraderie. Key Features: ● Structured Sessions: Weekly training sessions focusing on core, speed and strength exercises. ● Progress Tracking: Monthly BEAST Sports Combine Testing to monitor improvements. ● Community Spirit: Build connections with fellow athletes, fostering a sense of teamwork and mutual support. ● Expert Guidance: Training sessions conducted by BEAST coaches who are USR certified and experienced. These programs are groups based on no more than 10 athletes per group. ● Duration: Sessions are an hour. Benefits: ● Enhanced motivation and communication through group training ● Improved overall athletic performance ● Opportunity to build lasting relationships with peers Amenities: ● BEAST Sports Combine Testing Sessions available at 4, 5 or 6 P.M. at the BEAST GYM.
